A quick introduction : I’m Imogen. I’m an intuitive coach with additional training in ADHD and Autism. I’m based out of Revelstoke, BC. I’m currently in training to become a counsellor, and will be finished my program in early 2024.

My coaching approach is holistic in nature, exploring mind, body and spirit. I believe people have a huge capacity for creating what they need. I work with people who value an intuitive and intelligent approach. Some are here to work on overcoming the expectations of others to live the life they choose. Some are for personal reasons as they head into life transitions, dismantling fears or anxieties. Others have discovered their methods aren’t working and want to explore alternatives.
As a writer myself, I work well with creatives who need help discovering or prioritizing goals and following through on them. Need an accountability partner? I’m here.
The youth I work with have often been consistently underestimated, and I strive to help them discover their own inherently capabilities.
I hold space for people to be their whole selves, and welcome people who have previously felt they need to hide their spiritual practices (I see you, light workers, shine on!).
I offer one to one coaching, as well as virtual courses available in private or group format, to be spread over several weeks, or condensed into a day workshop.

You know your brand and what you have to offer, but need help authentically expressing yourself, and a writer who doesn’t understand your work isn’t able to help. What if a writer could tune in and help you get it across? This can be done through website content, newsletters, blog posts, and relevant materials (ritual instructions, etc).
If you’ve always wanted to learn Reiki, I offer virtual level 1 & 2 in private or group formats.
We all have moments where we are connected to something greater than ourselves, moments that, for a moment in time, enthral us. But the day-to-day of life makes us doubt. I believe the time of doubting is over.
